How to make OKRs work


Video Objectives and key results (OKRs) have become a sort of staple when it comes to setting measurable goals for teams and organisations. However, using the framework properly isn’t without its challenges, especially when it comes to aligning OKRs across organisation levels.

Earlier this year, Continuous Lifecycle programme committee member Sarah Wells therefore sat down with OKR expert Juan Pablo Buriticá to discuss the ins and outs of the approach and answer a lot of the questions on practitioner’s minds. Amongst other things they looked into how to set (and formulate) OKRs properly, when to get started, aligning OKRs, choosing OKRs for teams with supporting roles, and how to keep track of things.
